SEMI-AUTOMATIC POWDER FILLING MACHINE
The semi-automatic powder filling machine has been rated ideal for microdosing sterile dry powders and external dry syrup filling. The design is unique and extremely functional. The equipment is simple to operate, easily movable and occupies minimal space. This machine gives optimum production with minimum weight variation and is suitable for filling 50mg to 75 gms with different filling combination of interchangeable parts. On request this machine can be manufactured to fill powder upto 125 gms. This machine is also ideal for R & D purpose and small batches of filling to launch new products in the market. .We have three models in this Semi-Automatic machine Table-Top , Standalone and Stanalone Weighmetric for higher accuracy.

15 – 24 fills/min for Dry Syrups and other powders, depending on fill weight and bottle neck size.
