AUTOMATIC SINGLE/DOUBLE/TRIPLE & FOUR HEAD POWDER FILLING MACHINE

This is a fully Automatic Powder Filling machine by Auger for Dry Powders with very high consistency of weight control which MARS mech is already reputed for.

It is suitable for microdosing sterile dry powders besides filling external Dry Syrup and other allied products. The system consists of independent Dosing Heads fitted with dedicated Permanent Magnet DC motors and feed back sensors OR Servo Motors with inbuilt feed back encodes for accurate individual control of Auger revolution.

It is filled with an assembly of pre-feeding screw, conveyor, hoppers and capacitive powder level sensors for maintaining optimum level of powder in the dosing chamber. The complete assembly facilitates ease of maintenance and changeover.

The Bottles/vials/containers of uniform size are fed from a rotary turntable onto a slat conveyor belt where a bottle stopper/positioner actuates and aligns the bottles/vials/containers under each discharge nozzle and gives signal for dosing at preset counts.

A PLC is provided to orchestrate the sequence of operation. The control system allows for individual setup of each dosing head in ‘Single Cycle’ operation, after which it can switch to ‘ Automatic Run’

All product contact parts are manufactured from SS316 or SS 316L (on request at extra cost) Non contact parts, structure, covers and cladding is from SS304. The complete machine adheres to cGMP principles.
