This is a Semi Automatic Microdosing Volumetric Filling machine by Auger for Dry Powders with very high consistency of weight control which MARS mech is already reputed for.
The Automatic Microdosing Powder Filling machine is also available in Single/Double/Three/Four Head.
It is suitable for microdosing sterile dry powders besides filling external Dry Syrup and other allied products. The system consists of independent Dosing Heads fitted with Servo motors that control Auger revolution.
Assembly consisits of pre-feeding screw, conveyors, hoppers and capacitive powder level sensors for maintaining optimum level of powder in the dosing chamber. The complete assembly facilitates ease of maintenance and changeover.
The Bottles/vials/containers of uniform size are fed from a rotary turntable onto a slat conveyor belt where a bottle stopper/positioner/indexer actuates and aligns the bottles/vials/containers under each discharge nozzle and gives signal for dosing at preset counts.
An PLC is provided to orchestrate the sequence of operation. The HMI control system allows for individual setup of filling parameters .
All product contact parts are manufactured from SS316 or SS 316L (on request at extra cost) Non contact parts, structure, covers and cladding is from SS304. The complete machine adheres to cGMP principles.
